Why Being "Enthusiastic As Hell" Is COSTING You Sales (sorry Jordan Belfort)

Ever hear that on sales calls, you should be "enthusiastic as hell"? (thanks Jordan Belfort) Or how about, "If you show your prospect you're excited about what you're offering, they'll be excited too"?

Unfortunately, these statements couldn't be farther from the truth. And in fact, if this is how you're showing up to sales calls, your prospects can smell your "commission breath" coming from a mile away! Just think about it...

Do you REALLY think that your prospect wants to feel like YOU'RE more excited about the sale they're about to make than THEY'RE excited to buy?

Remember this: "People LOVE to BUY, but they HATE being SOLD to"
